Avignon is gorgeous. I styaed at the Mercure, I think. It was right near the palace. I had a view of one of the towers from my room. It was very nice. I liked Arles. Neemes is also nice. So is the Pont-du-Gard. They are very nice cities to go see intact Roman architecture. I love that kind of stuff. Avignon is one of my favorite cities in France.
